Welcome to Advantage Care

The Pearl & Jack Ain Advantage Care Diagnostic & Treatment Center is a state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment center providing medical and dental services to children and adults with special needs. Advantage Care provides the highest quality, comprehensive medical services and a wide range of health services including women’s health, psychiatry, podiatry and dental services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. Comprehensive dental services are provided in cooperation with North Shore-LIJ Health System’s Department of Dental Medicine.

Advantage Care provides personalized desensitization programs for children and adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.  Desensitization methods combined with other strategies are utilized to reduce the fears that patients experience during medical and dental appointments and are intended to assist patients in following treatment recommendations for improving overall health and well being.  These programs allow us to assist our patients with developing a positive approach to their medical and dental visits; enabling them to be more comfortable when seeing providers.
